On the evening before we closed, we did our final walkthrough and the house we were buying was not cleaned at all. Marva pulled out her phone and called someone who was there cleaning the home at 7:30 the next morning, so it would be clean by the time we closed. She made it apparent that she would do everything in her power to ensure that everything was as perfect for us as it could be throughout the entire process!
