A long time Saline County Resident, Tracy has called the area hoe for more than three decades and currently lives in Bryant. She proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Saline County and the surrounding communities. Her deep connection to the area gives her an appreciation not only for its neighborhoods and homes, but for the people and communities that make Saline County such a special place to call home.

Tracy believes clients deserve an agent who listens, communicates, pays attention to the details, and makes sure they understand what to expect throughout the process. Her goal is for clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the decisions they're making along the way.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Tracy spent many years in the insurance industry, including roles in quality assurance and systems training. That experience strengthened skills she now brings to every real estate transaction; attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to make complicated information easier to understand.

Tracy also brings a creative approach to real estate marketing. she enjoys using social media, video, open houses, and thoughtfully designed print marketing to showcase properties, reach potential buyers, and connect with the local community.

community involvement is especially important to Tracy. She doesn't simply want to sell homes in the communities she serves-she want to be an active part of them. she values genuine relationships and strives to become a trusted resource her clients can feel comfortable calling long after the transaction is complete.

Outside of real estate, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, working on creative projects, and escaping to the mountains whenever she gets a chance.
