Meet Todd
Selling Hot Springs, One Square Foot at A Time.
A licensed NAR member since 2001, Todd specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing as well as upscale family and lake homes. Todd is currently a board member of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®, involved with the Arkansas CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members) association, was the 2011 Chairman of the Board for The Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, the 2017 Chairman of the Hot Springs Metro Partnership, and a past District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America. His personal and professional relationships with local, state, and national business contacts bring additional resources and value to his clients as well as his day-to-day real estate dealings.
Todd grew up in Northwest Kansas, enjoys live music, attempts to play the guitar, loves a good game of Baggo, and is an avid Kansas State Wildcat football fan.
