Thomas Morvant is a dedicated real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout the Hot Springs area. Originally from Louisiana, Thomas brings Southern hospitality, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping people to every client he serves.

Before beginning his real estate career, Thomas built a successful career as a high school math teacher. His background in education gives him a unique ability to guide clients through the real estate process with patience, clarity, and attention to detail. Just like in the classroom, he enjoys helping people understand each step so they can make confident decisions.

Thomas and his wife, Erin, have proudly called Hot Springs home since 2017. Working together in real estate allows them to provide their clients with exceptional service, strong communication, and a team approach to every transaction.

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell homes, Thomas enjoys watching sports and cheering on his favorite team, the LSU Tigers. He also loves cooking Cajun dishes, spending time with his family, and traveling. His favorite place in the world is Grand Isle, Louisiana.
