Meet Rachel
Rachel Gray is an Arkansas native and made Conway her home when she attended the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. She received a BA in Early Childhood Education in 2001 and taught kindergarten for several years before committing full time to her family. In 2017, she earned her real estate license along with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. She is a proud member of Team Elite and has a passion for helping her clients navigate the home buying and selling process.
She and her husband, Adam have four children, Aiden, Sawyer, Avery and Hank. She enjoys playing golf with the family, fishing, gardening and cheering on her kids in their various sports.
