Kim Floyd

Kim Floyd is a native of Arkansas and has enjoyed serving her community as a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2011. Kim has the knowledge and personal experience to help you with your real estate needs, from marketing your home for sale to assisting you in locating and purchasing your new dream home. Kim recently received the Little Rock REALTORS® Association Bronze Award for sales in 2023 and 2024. Kim was voted as one of AY's Magazine's Best REALTORS® in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Kim was honored to achieve a higher educational level as a "Broker" in 2022 through the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; Subsequently, Kim now serves her clients as a designated Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM Group. Kim has a pleasant personality and loves helping people in general. Kim loves serving in church while teaching, singing, and giving words of encouragement. Kim loves spending time with family, traveling, visiting new restaurants, and watching great movies!
