Fran Lanari

When Fran moved to Little Rock over 20 years ago, after living 17 years in Huston, it truly was love at first sight. When crossed the scenic Arkansas River and saw Little Rock's beautiful skyline, she knew she was home! Fran loves the area's lush foliage, flowers, changing seasons, vibrant culture, and especially the people. Although Fran spent many years in Huston, she was raised in a small Tennessee town and she says, "Little Rock has all the amenities of a large city like Houston but has that sweet hometown feel."

 

Fran honed her skills in negotiation, transaction management, and communication, as a contract manager for NASA in Huston. She has always had a passion for interior decorating, and once in the real estate business realized there was a real need for affordable staging. So, she opened her staging company, Savvy Stagers in 2016. "We started small but now do a strong staging business which is essential, I believe, to sell properties faster, and for a higher price! I have a deep inventory and an array of services for staging, which really works for my clients" Fran says. Fran's strengths include being able to combine her transactional and contract management skills along with her staging skills. This gives her a unique skill base for her clients. Fran was a "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" in her first year in real estate and attributes her quick success in the industry to friend and clients' referrals and great clients who put their trust in her, for which she is very grateful. 

 

Fran and her husband, Michael, have two adult children, Rachael and Michael Joe, who are both active fundraisers for the family's favorite charities: Arkansas Children's Hospital, Easter Seals of Arkansas, and the Arkansas Down Syndrome Association. Thanks to the services that their children have received from these organizations, fundraising has always been a top priority for the Lanari family. Fran says she loves to travel (with road trips being her favorite), attend live theater, watch football, and spend time with her family and friends.
