Dorothy Willoughby

She is a seasoned NAR member and Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker RPM Group, serving Little Rock, Arkansas, and the surrounding areas, including Pulaski, Saline, and Lonoke counties. Licensed since 2000, Dorothy brings over two decades of experience in residential real estate, specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors. She is particularly passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and corporate relocations—offering guidance, education, and long-term support throughout every stage of the transaction.

 

Before transitioning to residential sales, Dorothy built a solid foundation in mortgage banking, serving as a review appraiser, DE underwriter, and the youngest President of the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association's Loan Administration Division. Her extensive background in finance and appraisal gives her clients a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and history with honors from the University of Memphis.

 

Dorothy is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a corporate relocation specialist, holding five corporate referral designations along with CNBS, CNMS, and CNAS credentials. She is an active member of the Little Rock and North Pulaski REALTORS® Associations and has consistently earned top producer recognition, including ranking third in production in Pulaski County. Deeply committed to her community, Dorothy has held leadership roles in numerous civic and nonprofit organizations, including Presbyterian Village, the Twentieth Century Club, the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Guild, St. Francis House, and Lyon College.
