Charlene Binns brings more than 45 years of leadership and service experience to The Binns Team at Coldwell Banker RPM Group. A former Team Leader at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield with a background in Health Information Management, she is known for her communication, patience, and ability to guide clients with care and clarity.

After spending most of her adult life supporting corporate leadership and organizational goals, Charlene chose to begin a new entrepreneurial chapter centered on purpose, growth, and building something aligned with her own vision. Inspired by watching her children build a client-focused, education-driven real estate business rooted in integrity, professionalism, and community trust, she felt aligned with The Binns Team’s mission.

Charlene was also drawn to Coldwell Banker RPM Group for its ethical standards, strong local market expertise across Central Arkansas, and relationship-centered culture.
